Back on the track

I have been through a really busy period (it still lasts), but even when I had completely filled days, I still missed the practice of writing. I really like, what Austen Kleon said about writing: I don’t write, because I have so much things to say, I write to figure out what do I have to say.

I feel like I really needed to hear this sentence in a podcast today. Indeed I was off track for a while (in the terms of blogwriting), but it doesn’t mean, that I have to stay that way. I can always come back and do it. I do this writing for myself for now. At least today. Sometimes my inner editor is complaining and it is really hard to write anything, when a little voice tells, that everything you do, just sucks. In this case I have to remind myself to write like noone will ever read it. Maybe really noone will. Ever. But for now actually the goal is to come back and write consistanly. I could write a bit every day and then publish it at the end of the week. In that way maybe I wouldn’t have to worry about the time spent on writing at once during the weekends. Thank you for reading, see you in the next post!
